We are looking for a Sous/Junior Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team.
The role will compromise assisting the management in all aspects of a busy kitchen, maintaining efficient and profitable service, maximising the profitability through effective cost controls, and to maintain consistent standards of service ensuring customer satisfaction.
Salary is up to £30,000 depending on experience and the successful candidate will be rewarded with a share of tips, discount on both food and drink and work within a highly regarded, family run pub. Breaks are mandatory and you'll work a maximum of 48 hours a week.
We are looking for a hardworking, attention-to-detail type of person to join our housekeeping team.
As a member of our housekeeping team, you will ensure our rooms are serviced to the highest standards to meet the needs of our guests. Your main responsibilities will be laundry and linen management, ensuring maintenance issues are reported correctly, maintaining guest accommodation in line with standards of performance and ensuring you are always compliant with health and safety standards.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive wage plus tips, and work within a highly regarded, family run pub. Shift pattern will be Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
